Description

Vietnam, and more specifically the fruit-growing region of the Mekong Delta. Trinitario cocoa trees come from varieties re-planted in the 20th century and are one of the most promising crops. Cultivated in biodiversity with other fruit trees, cocoa trees flourish under the tops of coconut and banana trees. When ripe, the pods are transported to Bên Tre, where the farm employs handicapped young people, thus promoting their professional integration.
