Peru, and more specifically the San Martin region. The agricultural cooperative we work with is made up of over 500 farmers who grow coffee, sugar cane and cocoa in harmony with the surrounding environment. Their distinctive flavors include notes of cinnamon, star anise, caramel and tonka bean, with a broad amber palette that echoes old cognacs and whiskies.
