Amblard Chocolat was born of a simple conviction: chocolate can be both intense and refined, with no added sugar. Behind this project, Arthur Amblard, a passionate chocolatier trained in several renowned houses in Europe, is proposing a new way of experiencing gourmandise - more conscientiously, without compromising on taste or quality.
Each creation is imagined, crafted and refined in our Sablon workshop in Brussels. We select exceptional cocoas and noble ingredients, and work with artisanal rigor to reveal the right, pure and sometimes daring flavors. Amblard Chocolat combines demanding know-how with a modern vision of chocolate, for a pleasure that's sincere, subtle... and resolutely Belgian.
